Current Status

TranslateDesk connects directly to Intercom's API to import articles, translate them automatically while preserving formatting, and publish translations back to Intercom with one click. We also monitor for article changes and flag outdated translations.

We don't support Freshdesk yet — but if there's enough demand, it's on our roadmap.
